We’re looking for an experienced Functional Tester with hands-on experience testing SAP SuccessFactors or other SaaS-based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test HR applications across end-to-end business processes
- Create and execute detailed test cases
- Perform SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Conduct end-to-end functional testing and identify/track defects
- Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure application quality
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors testing or testing similar SaaS HR applications
- Strong understanding of HR processes and domain
- Experience with test case creation, SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence
- Good communication skills
- Bilingual candidates are preferred
