Receptionist – Part Time (2 days)

We’re looking for an energetic and professional Receptionist for two days a week (Wednesday and Friday’s). As the first point of contact for employees, visitors and guests for their Head Office based in Richmond, Melbourne, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, vibrant and seamless workplace experience.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional front-of-house service and create a warm, welcoming environment.
• Manage calls, visitors, meeting rooms, mail and couriers.
• Support employees with workplace requests and administrative tasks.
• Assist with workplace initiatives, events and team projects.
• Build strong relationships across the business and collaborate with a passionate People & Culture team.

About You

• Must have previous experience in reception, administration or customer service.
• A natural people person with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
