We’re looking for an energetic and professional Receptionist for two days a week (Wednesday and Friday’s). As the first point of contact for employees, visitors and guests for their Head Office based in Richmond, Melbourne, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, vibrant and seamless workplace experience.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional front-of-house service and create a warm, welcoming environment.
- Manage calls, visitors, meeting rooms, mail and couriers.
- Support employees with workplace requests and administrative tasks.
- Assist with workplace initiatives, events and team projects.
- Build strong relationships across the business and collaborate with a passionate People & Culture team.
About You
- Must have previous experience in reception, administration or customer service.
- A natural people person with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
