At Salt, we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Business Operations team. You’ll step into an established desk with active clients, current temps and a strong candidate network already in motion. This is a hybrid desk providing temporary, contract and permanent solutions. From day one, you’ll be managing relationships, identifying opportunities and continuing to build on an already successful portfolio.

We’re not looking for someone who wants to purely source candidates, we’re looking for a true consultant. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves juggling multiple priorities, enjoys building lasting client partnerships and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and create new opportunities.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing an established Business Operations desk with active clients and candidates.
• Recruiting across business operations functions both temporary, contract and permanent
• Building trusted relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for growth
• Developing new business opportunities and expanding your client portfolio
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from briefing, sourcing, interviewing through to placement and aftercare
• Managing candidates throughout their assignments and ensuring exceptional service delivery
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines within the business operations market
• Working collaboratively across the wider Salt team to maximise opportunities

What you’ll bring

• Previous external agency recruitment experience within a fast-paced business operations recruitment environment
• A passion for business development and relationship building
• The ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
• Strong commercial acumen and a consultative approach
• Resilience, energy and a genuine love of working with people
• A team-first mindset and high level of integrity
• A desire to continue learning, growing and building your own personal brand
