Lead Security Across a Global Enterprise

We’re looking for an experienced Regional Security Manager to join a globally recognised organisation where you’ll play a critical role in protecting people, technology, information and operations across multiple international locations.

This is a strategic leadership position that sits at the intersection of cyber security, physical security, risk management and executive stakeholder engagement. You’ll work closely with senior business leaders to shape security strategy, respond to emerging threats, strengthen governance and ensure the organisation remains resilient in an increasingly complex risk landscape.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide strategic security leadership across multiple regional operations.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to champion security initiatives and influence business decisions.
• Drive security risk management, governance and compliance activities.
• Lead incident response, crisis management and security investigations.
• Conduct intelligence gathering and analysis to support informed decision making.Build strong relationships with government agencies, regulators and external security partners.
• Oversee security reviews, audits and regulatory engagements.
• Identify emerging threats and recommend pragmatic improvements to security capability.
• Ensure security controls, policies and processes are effectively implemented and maintained.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement across both cyber and physical security.

About You

You’ll be an experienced security professional who can confidently operate across technical, operational and strategic environments.

You’ll bring:

• 8+ years’ experience in Cyber Security within large enterprise environments.
• Exposure to Physical Security, with practical experience highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge of security governance, risk and compliance.
• Experience working within highly regulated industries such as banking, financial services or government.
• Solid understanding of security frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST and COBIT.
• Experience managing audits, regulatory reviews and compliance obligations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving capabilities.
• A track record of delivering meaningful security outcomes and influencing organisational change.

Highly Regarded

• Previous experience in law enforcement, defence or intelligence agencies.
• CISSP, CISM, SABSA or other relevant security certifications.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Experience managing both cyber and physical security programs.
