Salt Talent Search is looking for a Reseller Program Manager for an 8 month extendable contract role.
The Program Manager will play a critical role in planning, executing, and monitoring various projects related to programs being designed and implemented by the Business Team
What Will You Do:
- Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and operationalization of high-impact SMB business scaling programs with our global partners.
- Define, lead, and manage multiple program streams, establishing clear operating models to build, scale, and optimize partnership engagement.
- Develop and maintain robust reporting mechanisms to track critical operational metrics (KPIs) and provide regular, transparent program progress updates to executive stakeholders.
- Drive continuous operational efficiency improvements, effectively communicating change and influencing diverse, global cross-functional teams.
- Contribute strategically to the SMB scaling roadmap by identifying, evaluating, and advocating for key growth opportunities within the global partner segment.
- Oversee information management and critical processes, including preparing executive-level status updates, managing escalations and risk mitigations, and ensuring comprehensive documentation.
- Collaborate closely with Analytics, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to rigorously measure program efficacy, determine Return on Investment (ROI), and embed data-driven insights into our partner processes.
- Successfully manage complex, cross-functional projects spanning Program Management, Engineering, Product, Sales Operations, and Marketing organizations.
What Will You Need:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in Program Management, Project Management, or a strategic operational role within a multinational technology or consulting firm, preferably with experience or exposure to high-growth emerging markets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex business scenarios and global scaling strategies while maintaining a passion for hands-on, detail-oriented execution.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams (including Sales, Product, and Engineering) to drive quantifiable results, communicating effectively and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a track record of influencing and driving alignment with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- ● Experience influencing and collaborating with Sales Operations, Analytics, and Marketing teams through a deep understanding of core business needs and partner strategy.
- A high degree of comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and constantly evolving environment.
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a “connector” across disparate teams and lead complex programs against measurable KPIs through successful completion and scaled deployment.
- Proven experience working effectively within a matrixed global organization or corporate structure; management consulting experience is a plus.
