Retail Sourcing & Fulfillment Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Sourcing and Fulfillment Coordinator to join a leading global technology company. This role is key to ensuring efficient processing of procurement proposals, change orders, and project closeouts. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where precision and follow-through are essential.

You’ll serve as the central point for managing internal approval workflows – routing proposals through internal systems, maintaining accurate status tracking, and ensuring cross-functional alignment with sourcing managers and vendors. You’ll also support new vendor onboarding and develop summary and exception reports on a recurring basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage routing of procurement proposals and change orders through internal systems
• Maintain proposal status tracker and communicate delays outside SLAs
• Support new vendor onboarding by ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance
• Develop and maintain reports leveraging project scheduling, budgeting, and cost data
• Provide project management administrative support, including meeting notes and vendor schedule monitoring

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Vendor Management
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel
• Experience with construction project management software is a plus
