Retoucher & Image Co-ordinator | for a global creative production agency | 5 days on-site, Bukit Bintang

Our client is a global creative production agency and they are looking for a skilled fulltime retoucher and image co-ordinator to join their US team in their KL office – working for a prestigious blue-chip client. You will be working closely with the team in NY, hence the hours will be from 10pm – 6am (MY time). This is a really exciting opportunity to work with international clients and have a very prestigious name in your book and elevate your game.

This is a role where precision is everything. Colour correction, shadow refinement, and CMYK/RGB environment fluency are your daily toolkit, with Photoshop as your primary canvas. Alongside hands-on retouching, this role also plays an important part in image co-ordination and asset management. You’ll be responsible for managing archive requests, receiving and tracking requests through internal systems and delivering final assets to stakeholders. This role is 50% focused on retouching and 50% on image coordination.

You’ll thrive here if you are highly communicative, proactive, and take initiative. This is not a role for those who wait to be told what to do – you’ll be expected to stay ahead of a dynamic workload, jump on calls when needed, and manage fluctuating volumes with calm efficiency. Strong organisation, prioritisation, and time management skills are essential, as you’ll often be managing multiple deadlines simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
