Sales Coordinator – OOH & DOOH
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support a fast‑moving OOH and DOOH sales team within a dynamic media environment. This is an excellent career‑building opportunity for someone early in their media career who is highly organised, detail‑focused, and keen to develop a long‑term career in media sales, planning, or campaign management.
This role offers strong exposure to the full OOH campaign lifecycle and the opportunity to grow in responsibility as experience and confidence build.
Role Overview
The Junior Sales Coordinator will support the sales team with the coordination and administration of sales and campaign activity. You will work closely with sales, production, operations, and finance, gaining hands‑on experience in proposal preparation, campaign bookings, inventory management, and reporting.
With time, this role has clear progression into more senior coordination, planning, or sales support roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing sales proposals and presentations
- Support the coordination of campaign bookings and inventory allocation
- Liaise with internal teams such as production, operations, and finance
- Capture and update all sales activity in Monday.com
- Maintain accurate sales data, reporting, and pipeline information
- Follow up on outstanding proposals, bookings, and campaign details
- Support the sales team in meeting deadlines and client expectations
Core Requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience in a sales support, media planning, traffic, or coordination role
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills and experience working with CRM or tracking systems
Ideal Background
This role would suit someone from a media agency or media owner environment, such as:
- Junior OOH Planner or Planning Assistant

- Sales or Campaign Support role
Exposure to OOH campaign planning, site selection, or media schedules is a strong advantage.
