About the Role

This newly created Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the sales process, particularly in lead generation and building relationships. You’ll excel at researching prospects, nurturing new connections, and setting up Account Executives for success. If you’re ready to develop your career in SaaS, this is the role for you!

As part of a highly experienced team, you’ll play an essential role in driving the success of a product that adds value to customers daily. You’ll be the first line of communication with prospects and current customers, qualifying their needs and helping them explore the right solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Reach out to potential customers via cold calls and emails
  • Identify customer needs and assess whether they require customer care or sales support
  • Set up meetings and calls between customers and Account Executives
  • Stay up to date on new products, services, and pricing plans
  • Utilize Salesforce and sales cadence management tools to effectively engage prospects

What You’ll Bring:

  • Hands-on experience with various sales techniques, including cold calling
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics (KPIs)
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to sales
  • Passion for Marketing AI tools and technology
