Sales Development Representative | SaaS

Hybrid schedule: 1 day per week

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact in the sales process, identifying and qualifying prospects and uncovering opportunities through strategic conversations. Your role will focus on scheduling product demonstrations and conducting discovery calls, laying the groundwork for Account Executives to close deals successfully.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls and emails).
  • Learn and master the sales methodology and technology to manage your day and pipeline effectively.
  • Qualify potential leads, conduct discovery conversations, and schedule product demos for Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Continuously improve your sales skills through coaching, feedback, and role-playing exercises.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of experience in a corporate environment; recent graduates and career changers with a passion for sales are welcome.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Quick learner, tech-savvy, and eager to adopt new tools.
  • Results-driven mindset with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Coachable attitude and openness to feedback for continuous development.
