We are seeking an accomplished Sales Director to lead public sector initiatives and drive revenue growth across Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a proven history of securing high-value government deals, navigating complex procurement processes, and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

The Sales Director will be responsible for shaping and executing the public sector strategy in alignment with company objectives and Saudi Vision 2030. This is a hands-on role requiring active engagement with government ministries, semi-government entities, and other public institutions to expand the business footprint and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement a robust public sector sales plan tailored to the Saudi market.
  • Identify, qualify, and win business opportunities across government and public entities.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the public sector.
  • Lead the end-to-end tender process, including RFP/RFQ responses, proposal preparation, and pricing strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams (legal, finance, marketing, technical pre-sales) to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and government exhibitions.
  • Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in government/public sector sales, preferably cybersecurity.
  • Proven record of exceeding targets and closing complex government contracts.
  • Well-established network of public sector contacts across Riyadh and other regions in KSA.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
