Our client is entering a high‑growth phase, with priority markets in Southeast Asia and further growth plans in their vision. Working across public transport agencies and private mobility organisations, your role will help shape these opportunities and position our client as the partner of choice.
You will bring the GTM strategy to life – leading a small but committed sales team, driving pipeline velocity, building strategic partnerships and using the Challenger sales methodology to tailor complex, multi‑party solutions. You’ll shape markets, engage with senior government and private transport leaders, and navigate a competitive landscape.
Success in this role comes from structured execution, deep curiosity, and the ability to build momentum across long sales cycles. You’ll lead research‑driven prospecting, digital campaigns, partnership development and thought‑leadership activities; coach and mentor the existing sales team and manage forecasting, opportunity qualification, tender assessment and commercial modelling with discipline.
This role is suited to someone with strong pipeline‑building capability, proven experience closing complex deals, and a mindset anchored in critical thinking, coaching, and the urgency required to keep opportunities moving. To make this role your own, you will be able to demonstrate a structured approach, with high energy, resilience and a collaborative approach across time zones, business units and partners.
