Our client is a leading exhibitions and events organization in the Middle East, delivering large-scale B2B exhibitions across multiple industries. They are hiring a Sales Executive to support the sales team in managing exhibitor accounts, coordinating show delivery, and driving revenue across assigned exhibitions.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, coordination, and project execution, and is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow a career in exhibitions and events.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Sales support & revenue delivery

  • Support Sales Managers in delivering exhibitor sales targets for assigned exhibitions
  • Assist with maximizing exhibition space sales and visitor attendance
  • Support cost control and efficiency initiatives across projects
  • Contribute to telesales and outreach activities as part of the overall sales plan

Exhibition coordination & project support

  • Manage exhibition files and ensure all internal processes and timelines are met
  • Act as a key point of coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and exhibitors
  • Support exhibitor mailings, collateral sourcing, and fulfillment
  • Assist in preparing reports and updates on sales and project progress

Database, systems & administration

  • Maintain accurate exhibitor and visitor databases
  • Use CRM and order management systems to track activity and updates
  • Ensure all records, documentation, and communications are accurate and up to date
  • Support data cleanup and reporting to improve sales efficiency

On-site & stakeholder support

  • Support on-site exhibition delivery, including long show days and weekend work when required
  • Assist sales and operations teams during live events
  • Provide professional, customer-facing support to exhibitors and partners

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, sales administration, events, or exhibitions
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, service-oriented approach
  • Previous experience in exhibitions or events is a strong advantage
  • Based in the UAE
