We are partnering with a leading global technology organisation that is looking to hire a commercially minded Renewals / Account Management Specialist to join their team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
This role sits within a high-performing commercial team and will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring successful contract renewals while identifying opportunities to strengthen long-term client relationships and drive additional value.
In this role, you will take ownership of a defined book of business and manage the end-to-end renewal process.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a customer-facing, commercially focused environment and wants to develop further within the technology sector.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Manage the renewal lifecycle for an assigned portfolio of customer accounts
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high renewal rates
- Identify opportunities to expand account value through additional products or services
- Partner with internal sales teams to support revenue growth initiatives
- Monitor account performance and proactively address renewal risks
- Support forecasting and reporting related to renewals and account activity
Key Skills Required:
- Previous experience in sales, renewals, account management, or customer success
- Comfortable managing commercial conversations with customers
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience working in technology, SaaS, or a similar commercial environment is advantageous
- Motivated, proactive, and keen to make an impact in a fast-paced team
