The Opportunity:

Join our team in our Paris offices as part of the France Sales team, where you will contribute to expanding our client portfolio. You will have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced Sales Director, who possesses extensive expertise in the Tech industry.

This position offers a great learning and growth opportunity in a digital, dynamic, and friendly environment. Your role will involve managing the complete sales cycle, with a focus on closing deals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting incoming leads from various sources, such as the SDR team, and generating deals using outbound strategies when necessary.
  • Identifying key individuals within our prospects and customers.
  • Assessing the needs of our target accounts through effective qualification.
  • Engaging with decision makers through different communication channels, including telephone, email, face-to-face meetings, and collaborating with other departments.
  • Leading pitch and demo meetings with account decision makers.
  • Maintaining and expanding the prospect database using our company’s CRM processes and reporting your activities.
  • Meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets as an individual and as part of the team.
  • Ensuring a smooth transition of closed accounts to Customer Success Managers.

This role involves strategic collaboration with teams such as Marketing, SDR, Presales, Product, and CSM, making it a vital part of the sales machine.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking an ideal candidate who meets the following criteria:

  • A graduate of a business or engineering school with at least four years of successful experience in Business Development and/or Account Executive positions in the Tech industry. Previous experience with a SaaS software publisher targeting key accounts would be ideal.
  • Excellent priority management skills to handle a large volume of requests throughout a multi-month sales cycle.
  • Strong customer orientation with analytical thinking to quickly identify and address future opportunities. The ability to empathize with customers and engage in active and strategic listening is crucial.
  • A team player who can collaborate effectively with various internal teams in a supportive and efficient manner.
  • Proficient in English (minimum C1 level) to communicate with internal international teams and clients.
  • Rigorous and methodical in tracking deals within the company’s CRM until successful closure.
  • Persuasive with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Capable of engaging with a wide range of profiles, including strategic decision-makers.
