Job Title: Account Director/Manager

Location: Basingstoke (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £40,000 + OTE

Role Overview:

Our client is looking for an experienced Account Director to manage and grow key client relationships. This role requires a strategic, consultative sales approach to ensure continued value for partners while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients.
  • Identify and drive new revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with high-level stakeholders.
  • Drive the company’s value proposition through solution selling and a consultative approach.
  • Represent the business at industry events and networking functions.
  • Leverage AI-driven insights to optimise customer engagement and retention.
  • Provide forecasting and strategic account planning to senior management.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in strategic business development within a CSP/MSP or Re-Seller
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation capabilities.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of technology trends and customer needs.
  • Experience with AI-powered sales tools.
  • A highly proactive, driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
