My Client is a renowned and innovative advertising technology company that has revolutionised the programmatic advertising landscape. With our cutting-edge technology and industry-leading solutions, we empower advertisers and agencies to reach their target audience effectively and efficiently.

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Programmatic Agency Sales Director to join our dynamic team. As the Programmatic Agency Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and expanding our client base among top-tier advertising agencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration within the programmatic advertising industry.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at advertising agencies, positioning [Company Name] as the preferred programmatic advertising partner.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop customized solutions to meet clients’ needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to drive product enhancements and new feature development based on client feedback and market demands.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a senior sales role within the programmatic advertising industry, ideally with experience in advertising technology or related fields.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of programmatic advertising, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and other relevant technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and provide data-driven insights to drive decision-making.
  • A self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
