My client is a world leader in Adaptive Behavioural Analytics and a huge investor in people.

Since its 2008 foundation in the labs of the Cambridge Engineering Department, the business has won numerous awards and quickly established itself at the forefront of the industry. From that point, the founders have brought on 180 exceptional colleagues across offices in London, Cambridge and Atlanta – the team is diverse, bright and motivated by excellence. The technology itself is built upon Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)

Following a recent £25m funding round, they are now looking to hire senior salespeople with talent, a high level of drive and an established network. You will be one of the first strategic hires to bring their latest offering to market, a proprietary AML solution for the Financial, Insurance and Gaming industries.

Your responsibilities

  • Constantly add value to the customer through your expertise in AML and Financial Crime Risk Solutions
  • Qualify leads and opportunities for your target accounts
  • Manage sales pipeline and progress opportunities through it
  • Create, maintain and close opportunities
  • Run exceptional sales presentations
  • Build strong relationships with customers at CxO level
  • Attend industry events and generate leads for the team
  • Mentor or support Junior Sales People and SDRs
  • Oversee and coordinate contract and pricing negotiation, ensuring that all elements of the commercials work as well as possible for both the customer and the business

Your background

  • High achiever with excellent track record of delivering new business
  • Excellent stakeholder management, project management and organisation skills
  • Experienced negotiator
  • Fantastic and engaging presenter
  • Advanced knowledge of the AML & Financial Crime risk market
  • Proven experience of selling successfully to the Payments and/ or Banking sectors
  • Strong ability to engage with different roles in the internal business such as accounts, finance, pre-sales, project management, marketing and SME’s
  • Superb relationship building skills at an executive level and the ability to show value to customers
  • Strong knowledge of PowerPoint to create presentations
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com is desired but not essential
