Job Title: Junior Account Executive – Germany

Location: Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid)

Salary Package: €40,000 – €45,000 Base salary pa + €20,000 variable Bonus + Benefits

The Company:

· Leading provider of employee engagement software solutions designed for corporates.

· Well-established and reputable brand with over 3 million daily users gained over 15 years.

· Customers include Amazon, Google, Salesforce, KPMG, DHL, T-Mobile, Vodafone & Asana.

· International presence with offices in the US, UK, France, Germany and the Nordics.

The Role:

· Junior Account Executive – identifying and prospecting new business opportunities in DACH.

· Partnering with Account Executives to run the sales cycle from prospect through to close.

· Expertly manage stakeholders through strategic sales outreach including product demos.

· Collaborate with marketing and other departments to qualify and convert inbound leads.

The Requirements:

· Minimum 18 months of B2B sales experience in Germany, ideally within technology.

· Professional/native fluency in German and English language is a must.

· Competitive, self-driven, and resilient. You’ll need a coachable mindset for sales success.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders.

The Process:

  • 30 min video call with Head of SalesOps & Head of Talent Acquisition
  • 60 min video call with Regional VP Sales, Head of SalesOps and Senior Sales Exec
  • 30 min video call with VP EMEA and/or CRO
