Job Title: Key Account Manager

Location: South Europe (Remote)

Salary Package: €50,000 – €60,000 per annum + Uncapped OTE

The Role:

  • Key Account Manager (50%) / New Business Sales Executive (50%)
  • Managing 12 existing accounts across Europe and Middle East.
  • New Business Sales dealing with MM and enterprise end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Growing and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified sales prospects.
  • Identifying and closing self-generated new logo sales opportunities.
  • Qualifying and converting sales leads passed from marketing and inside sales.

The Person:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales / account management experience in related technology.
  • Knowledge of industrial markets; manufacturing, critical infrastructure, renewable energy.
  • A genuine ‘hunter mindset’ to win net new logo clients internationally.
  • A track record of sales success, consistently exceeding targets.
  • A background of closing complex with multiple stakeholders.

The Process:

  • 1st stage – 30 min introductory call with Sales Director
  • 2nd stage – 60 min competency interview with Sales Director
  • 3rd stage – F2F meeting at HQ in Germany to meet Exec leadership team
