Role Overview

The Sales Support Administrator provides crucial administrative support to Account Managers and Sales Managers to help achieve departmental objectives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Administer sales processes and support sales and management teams.
  • Liaise with key customers and act as a bridge between them and sales.
  • Maintain and update data using internal systems and spreadsheets.
  • Execute tasks related to sales order processing.
  • Assist with customer quotations.
  • Uphold strong ethical standards and comply with organisational codes of conduct.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a sales support or fast-paced administrative role.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Capable of working independently and within a team.
