What are the challenges?

  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract/partnership closure.
  • Present our vision to decision-makers in various industries and convince them of our solutions.
  • Engage with a variety of departments (IT, Marketing, HR, C-Level) of our clients and identify their needs.
  • Create tailored cooperation concepts and offers for these needs.
  • Participate in events, expand our network, and strengthen our brand.
  • Work closely with our product and accessibility teams to achieve the greatest impact for our clients.

What do you need to bring?

  • Experience in sales or business development, ideally in the consulting or SaaS sector.
  • Proven early successes in sales.
  • The ability to present convincingly and negotiate complex deals.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Identification with our mission and respect for people with disabilities.
