Job Title: Sales Development Representative (Construction SaaS)

Location: Hybrid – 4-5 days per week in Maidenhead HQ (flexibility offered occasionally)

The Role:

  • Prospect into contractors, sub-contractors, and consultancies across the UK & Ireland.
  • Engage with key decision-makers (MDs, CFOs, FDs) via phone, email, and social channels.
  • Drive outbound pipeline using cold calling and smart outreach tools – supported by a strong marketing engine (50/50 split between inbound & outbound).
  • Build relationships and book qualified meetings for the AE team across both SMB and enterprise segments.
  • Report on key metrics (calls, conversions, opps created) and ensure CRM hygiene is on point.

The Requirements:

  • Must have: 12-24 months in a high-activity SDR, Business Development, or sales-focused role.
  • Naturally metric-driven – understands pipeline math and sales ratios.
  • Comfortable with cold calls, recorded calls, and feedback loops.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and coachable – you’ll be working closely with a hands-on SDR Manager.
  • Bonus if you have: SaaS or construction sector experience – but character > category.

The Package:

  • Base Salary: £35,000-£40,000 (flex to £50k for standout candidates)
  • OTE: £15,000-£20,000

The Process:

  • Stage 1: Intro call with the SDR Manager (video or phone)
  • Stage 2: Face-to-face with SDR Manager + Head of Sales
  • Stage 3: Final sense-check or task (if needed)
