Job Title: Sales Lead

Location: Hybrid (London or Manchester, 3 days per week)


The Company:

  • A leading innovator in the Construction Technology (ConTech) sector, transforming how projects are managed.
  • Renowned for its cutting-edge platform that enhances collaboration and ensures efficient project delivery.
  • Supported by an experienced leadership team and a strong reputation in the industry.

The Role:

  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle, scaling project sales from £3k MRR to enterprise agreements of approximately £15k MRR.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Utilize onsite construction experience to engage key stakeholders and build lasting client relationships.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and market trends.

The Requirements:

  • Onsite construction experience with a deep understanding of industry dynamics.
  • Proven ability to scale sales from mid-level (£3k MRR) to enterprise agreements (c. £15k MRR).
  • Strong sales leadership experience, ideally within ConTech, SaaS, or related fields.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, relationship management, and negotiation skills.

The Package:

  • Base Salary: £70k-£80k (flex to £90k for superstars)
  • OTE: £140k-£150k

The Process:

  • 1st Stage: Initial interview with senior leadership.
  • 2nd Stage: Face-to-face meeting with the wider team.
