A major organisation in the UAE is seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead Architect to join their CRM & Product Development function. This role will drive solution design, hands-on development, integrations, and ongoing optimisation across a multi-cloud Salesforce landscape.
Role Overview
The Salesforce Lead will be responsible for shaping and enhancing the organisation’s Salesforce ecosystem across Marketing, Sales, Service, CPQ, Field Service, Experience Cloud, and MuleSoft integrations. This is both a hands-on technical role and a senior-facing position working closely with cross-functional business teams, product stakeholders, and technical delivery squads.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and customisation of Salesforce applications
- Deliver Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Components & Experience Cloud features
- Own integration design across ERP (12.2.6), Fusion, SAP, banking/payment gateways & other platforms
- Work on core development: triggers, classes, batch jobs, RDBMS, scripting
- Support release cycles, deployments & code-quality governance
- Oversee DevOps activities including Azure/Copado pipelines, regression and performance testing
- Engage with business teams to translate functional needs into scalable technical solutions
- Troubleshoot platform issues, performance bottlenecks, and user-impacting defects
- Provide training, documentation, and guidance to internal stakeholders
- Contribute to product roadmaps and CRM enhancement strategy
Experience & Skills Required:
- 8 years of Salesforce experience in a techno-functional capacity
- Strong proficiency across Apex, LWC, Visualforce, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, SOQL, REST APIs
- Deep technical understanding of multi-cloud Salesforce architecture
- Mandatory experience with MuleSoft + integrations
- Experience with CPQ, FSL, Experience Cloud, and document generation tools
- Strong Agile delivery exposure (JIRA, DevOps, CICD)
- Familiarity with property development, sales or marketing domain preferred
- Excellent communication skills and experience engaging senior stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science + relevant Salesforce certifications
