About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant to join our client’s digital transformation programme in Abu Dhabi. The successful professional will lead the design, configuration, and delivery of Salesforce solutions while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

This role requires a strong blend of functional understanding and technical capability, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable Salesforce solutions with seamless integrations into enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with business users to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into Salesforce process flows and configurations.
• Design and implement Salesforce functionalities using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Configure standard Salesforce components including objects, workflows, approval processes, reports, dashboards, and security models.
• Lead and support end-to-end integration efforts using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on troubleshooting for enhancements, releases, and production issues.
• Ensure governance, documentation, and best practices in alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Support UAT cycles and user enablement activities.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 5-8 years of Salesforce implementation experience across multiple clouds (Sales/Service/Experience Cloud preferred).
• Proven expertise with Apex, Visualforce & Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong background in API integrations (REST/SOAP), data migration, and integration patterns.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and release management.
• Ability to engage stakeholders, drive workshops, and deliver business-ready solutions.
