Sales Development Representative (SDR) | Full-Time

We are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing sales team. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, engage potential customers, and help build a strong sales pipeline. Education

- Academic achievements or graduating with honors are advantageous.

- Previous experience in sales, business development, or strategic planning roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective customers to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Engage with potential clients through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify leads and assess potential customer fit.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for qualified prospects.
- Manage and grow a personal pipeline while meeting activity and performance targets.
- Follow up with prospects and re-engage previous opportunities.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Track, report, and analyze sales activities and performance metrics.
- Continuously improve outreach strategies and sales approaches.
