We’re seeking an experienced AML Analyst to join a collaborative, high-performing compliance team. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong hands-on AML expertise across multiple jurisdictions, paired with the right mindset and attitude to thrive in a team-focused environment.
You’ll play a key role in supporting AML compliance activities, providing subject matter expertise, and helping ensure regulatory obligations are met across international frameworks.
Key Responsibilities

Act as an AML Subject Matter Expert (SME), supporting day-to-day AML compliance activities.

Apply AML knowledge across multiple jurisdictions, with exposure to UK and/or US regulatory environments highly regarded.

Support transaction monitoring, investigations, and regulatory reporting as required.

Contribute to policy development, risk assessments, and ongoing compliance uplift initiatives.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to promote a strong compliance culture.
What You’ll Bring

Proven AML compliance experience, ideally across UK and US or other international jurisdictions.

Strong technical understanding of AML frameworks, controls, and regulatory expectations.
