Senior Associate AML

We’re seeking an experienced AML Analyst to join a collaborative, high-performing compliance team. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong hands-on AML expertise across multiple jurisdictions, paired with the right mindset and attitude to thrive in a team-focused environment.

You’ll play a key role in supporting AML compliance activities, providing subject matter expertise, and helping ensure regulatory obligations are met across international frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an AML Subject Matter Expert (SME), supporting day-to-day AML compliance activities.

• Apply AML knowledge across multiple jurisdictions, with exposure to UK and/or US regulatory environments highly regarded.

• Support transaction monitoring, investigations, and regulatory reporting as required.

• Contribute to policy development, risk assessments, and ongoing compliance uplift initiatives.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to promote a strong compliance culture.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven AML compliance experience, ideally across UK and US or other international jurisdictions.

• Strong technical understanding of AML frameworks, controls, and regulatory expectations.

• Ability to operate as an SME, providing guidance and insight to peers and stakeholders.

• A positive, collaborative attitude with a strong focus on team fit and shared success.

• Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
