We’re seeking an experienced Process Analyst to join a major telecommunications transformation program. This role will play a key part in analysing, designing, optimising, and implementing business processes across critical customer, product, sales, and service delivery functions.
Working closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, architects, and product owners, you’ll help shape future-state processes and ensure business requirements are translated into scalable, effective solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse and document current and future state business processes.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, identify opportunities, and drive process improvements.
- Develop process maps, workflows, and supporting business documentation.
- Support the design and implementation of ServiceNow-based solutions.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a Process Analyst or Process Improvement Specialist.
- Telecommunications industry experience across areas such as:
- Product Management
- Lead-to-Quote
- Quote-to-Order
- Order-to-Activate
- Service Fulfilment
- Assurance
- Strong business process modelling and documentation skills.
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Highly Regarded
- ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM)
- Telecom Service Management (TSM)
- Sales and Order Management for Telecom (SOMT)
- Telecommunications transformation program experience
- Knowledge of TM Forum frameworks and telecommunications operating models
