Senior Business Analyst

Our client is looking for a Technical Business Analyst is undertaking a website redesign and replatforming initiative, migrating to a modern headless CMS architecture. The project will operate under a co-delivery model, with the client providing their own development team, DevOps support, API contracts, and release management.

Responsibilities:

• Translate product and design requirements into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner closely with the Director of Product Management, developers, and stakeholders throughout the build phase.
• Support backlog creation, prioritization, and story refinement activities.
• Ensure business requirements are clearly documented and understood by technical teams.
• Collaborate within a co-delivery environment, where some functionality and acceptance criteria will depend on client-provided API endpoints.
• Facilitate communication between product, design, and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on website redesign, CMS implementation, or replatforming projects.
• Strong understanding of both front-end website functionality and CMS requirements.
• Ability to write detailed technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working closely with product management and engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments and co-delivery project models.
• Experience with headless CMS platforms is highly preferred.
• Nice to Have
• Previous experience working on large-scale digital transformation or web modernization projects.
• Familiarity with API integrations and dependency management across multiple teams.
