What you’ll bring?

• Prior insurance industry experience
• Proven track record as an ‘end-to-end’ BA – you possess both a ‘Tech BA’ and ‘Business BA’ skillset
• Strong ability to work with a diverse range of technical and business stakeholders
• Someone with strong governance experience
• Strong experience with conducting workshops
• Strong experience with capturing and documenting business requirements
• Process mapping experience

Nice to Have’s Include:

• An understanding of finance operations and finance systems
• Experience with data analytics or working closely with data analytics team members

What you’ll be doing:

• Working closely with the Project Lead to gather requirements and document ‘future states’
• Playing a key role as the BA on this program to help deliver a new insurance product
• Running workshops with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Refining and documenting requirements
• Mapping processes
• System journey mapping
• Helping to scope new requests as they come in
• Assisting with UAT support
• Complying with relevant legislation, industry codes and company policies and procedures
