The Company

Salt has teamed up with a leading Entertainment organisation based in Melbourne, who is currently seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to join their high performing Platform teams on a permanent basis, starting ASAP.

The Role

As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will be joining our Entertainment client’s Platform Team, where you will be working in an advanced AWS environment and will be responsible for building, maintaining, and monitoring the platform infrastructure, which is at the forefront of engineering excellence.

Key Skills and Competencies

The successful Senior Cloud Engineer should have the following skill set:

• Extensive experience working with AWS
• Strong knowledge of various AWS services (CloudFormation, Lambda, ECS, Fargate, EC2, S3 etc.)
• In depth experience developing cloud solutions using Python or TypeScript (OOP)
• Hands-on experience in building APIs and RESTful Services
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Full working rights in Australia
