What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the go-to guru for post-funding loan performance. That means digging deep into collections efficiency, delinquency trends, and impairment modelling. You’ll build ML models, forecast credit losses, and help shape smarter strategies across the board. Expect to collaborate with credit risk, finance, and commercial teams and yes, your dashboards will be legendary.

Your toolkit will include:

Python, R, PostGresSQL

Tableau, Redash, Looker

NLP, deep learning, anomaly detection

IFRS 9 impairment modelling

Real-time analytics pipelines

Who You Are

You’re not just a data analyst, you’re a data strategist. You’ve got a postgrad in Stats, Actuarial Science, or Data Science (bonus points for a Master’s), and at least 3 years of experience in analytics, preferably in fintech, lending, or banking. You know your way around credit risk, collections, and predictive modelling. And you’re not afraid to challenge the status quo.
