Overview:

This role is central to shaping and delivering world-class conferences that align with industry trends and market demand. You will lead the development of innovative conference agendas, engage high-profile speakers, and ensure exceptional event delivery. This is a dynamic position for an experienced professional who thrives in fast-paced, international environments and is eager to make a commercial and creative impact.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth market research to identify new conference opportunities and develop cutting-edge agendas.

Secure and manage C-level speakers, ensuring alignment with event themes and sponsorship opportunities.

Write compelling promotional content for marketing campaigns, web copy, and sales materials.

Oversee event delivery, ensuring speakers, content, and logistics are managed to the highest standard.

Collaborate with marketing and PR to drive event visibility and delegate acquisition.

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of all event elements.

Conduct post-event analysis, compiling feedback and reports to inform future improvements.

Manage conference branding, collateral, and onsite requirements, ensuring premium quality.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 7 years’ experience in a managerial conference production role.

Proven ability to research, design, and deliver commercially successful conference programmes.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing direct or indirect reports.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; additional digital tools advantageous.
