Salt Search is proud to partner with a leading FMCG global organisation that is going growth.
Based in North Sydney (close to transport), we are urgently seeking an experienced Senior HRBP with at least 8 years’ experience with outstanding stakeholder management skills & growth mindset and eager to build a lasting career within a reputable company. In this pivotal role, you will report to a supportive HR Director (APAC)and be the main partners with all executive team in Sydney.
Some of the main Responsibilities include and not limited to:
- Oversee all HR operations, including escalated ER matters. (must have experience with both professional staffing & blue collar workplace)
- Be the strategic partner to Senior stakeholders
- Coaching and Development of Leadership Team to foster growth and alignment with company goals.
- Required to travel to different sites in Sydney and Melbourne occasionally.
- Support and contribute to the Talent Acquisition process.
- Drive the development and enhancement of the P&C framework.
- Create and implement initiatives to boost team engagement and performance.
- Develop and manage training and L&D programs
Key Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management , Law or Business Administration, or related field
- Strong experience and knowledge dealing with ER matters, with both white and blue collar employees.
- Strong commercial skills
- Experienced working with senior stakeholders to deliver of people solutions through a people plan aligned to the commercial and strategic requirements of the business.( Not limited to employee experience, employee engagement, recognition, remuneration, talent, development, succession, performance and other key people initiatives)
- Deep understanding of Australian HR practices, employment laws , and regulations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A genuine enthusiasm for Talent Acquisition and the development of people.
- Collaborate on HR projects to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Offering a base salary of $150K -$160K + super bonus + annual bonus 15% per annum. Hybrid opportunity 3/2 split.
