Senior Marketing Manager | 1 day in London office
£50,000 – £55,000 (potential for bonus)
This role can be extremely flexible with days in the office – so you can be based outside of London – travel to the office will be covered!
I am looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to take ownership of all marketing channels for a D2C consumer business. This is a high-impact role for someone who blends strategy, creativity, and execution – and enjoys getting stuck in!
You’ll work directly with the 2 founders of the company who are wanting someone to come in and bring ideas to the table – looking for someone with confidence and gravitas to make strong marketing decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Own and deliver the marketing strategy to drive measurable growth across the different sites
· Take responsibility for managing the agency relationships
· Own CRM and email marketing performance (nurture flows, segmentation, automation, retention)
· Maintain and improve website content and landing pages (e.g. using WordPress)
· Develop creative campaign concepts to position the brand as a category leader
· Across all marketing touchpoints, make sure the brand aligns with the objectives
Key Requirements:
· Proven experience in a senior marketing or growth-focused role (across paid, website, content, social, and events!)
· Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and email marketing strategy
· Confident managing agencies and external partners
· Looking for a balance between creative and technical
· Comfortable in a stand-alone role – a chance for ownership and autonomy!
