Senior Network Engineer

Network Automation Specialist – 6 Month Contract

We’re seeking an experienced Network Automation Specialist to join a large enterprise environment delivering complex network and automation initiatives.

This role will suit a senior network engineer with strong automation capability across enterprise, data centre and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design, deploy and optimise enterprise network infrastructure
* Drive network automation initiatives using Ansible, Terraform, Python and Bash
* Support LAN/WAN, wireless, security and cloud networking environments
* Troubleshoot complex network issues across enterprise platforms
* Collaborate with stakeholders, architects and engineering teams to deliver strategic outcomes

Skills & Experience:
* 7+ years’ experience in enterprise network engineering
* Strong Cisco, Aruba and/or Arista experience
* Advanced routing and switching knowledge including BGP, OSPF and VXLAN
* Experience with ACI Multisite/Multipod and NextGen Data Centre technologies
* Strong cloud networking experience across AWS and/or Azure
* Proven automation experience using Ansible, Terraform, Python and CI/CD pipelines
* Experience with Kubernetes, Linux CLI, Git and Infrastructure as Code
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Highly Desirable:
* CCNP or CCIE certifications
* Experience in large, complex enterprise environments
