Role Overview – Senior Partnership Manager

We are seeking a Senior Partnership Manager to join a high-growth international team.

This role focuses on building and managing strategic partnerships within the cloud ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on relationships across major global cloud infrastructure providers and their partner networks.

You will be responsible for developing scalable partner channels, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, and supporting revenue growth through ecosystem-led expansion.


What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in international software partner sales
  • Strong background working with cloud software resellers, distributors, or ecosystem partners
  • Experience in SaaS partner management, including partner sourcing, onboarding, and pipeline development
  • Proven track record of achieving multi-million-dollar annual revenue targets
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to build and manage long-term strategic relationships
  • Strong analytical thinking and commercial acumen
  • Self-driven approach with the ability to manage complex partner initiatives independently
  • Experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or enterprise software is an advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and structured pipeline management approaches
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is considered a plus
  • Industry certifications in security or compliance domains are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with cloud ecosystem partners, including resellers and distributors
  • Drive joint go-to-market activities with strategic cloud infrastructure partners
  • Support pipeline generation through partner channels and ecosystem initiatives
  • Lead onboarding, enablement, and training of external partners
  • Own and manage partner-led revenue pipeline and performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams across sales, product, and marketing to align partner strategy
  • Support regional expansion through structured partnership programs
