My client is looking for a Senior Primavera P6 Planning Consultant to lead the review, development, and validation of a revised project baseline on a major construction/infrastructure project.
This is a focused, outcome-driven engagement where you’ll work directly with the main contractor’s planning team to ensure the programme is fully logic-linked, contract-compliant (FIDIC), and aligned with realistic construction methodology, procurement lead times, and site constraints.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Reviewing and challenging the contractor’s existing P6 programme (logic, sequencing, durations, missing scope)
- Leading planning workshops and collaboratively developing a revised, contract-compliant baseline
- Conducting critical path and near-critical path analysis (CPM)
- Validating milestones, assumptions, and planning narratives
- Producing an independent baseline validation report and executive summary for approval
- Supporting the setup of baseline comparison and progress monitoring frameworks
