My client is looking for a Senior Primavera P6 Planning Consultant to lead the review, development, and validation of a revised project baseline on a major construction/infrastructure project.

This is a focused, outcome-driven engagement where you’ll work directly with the main contractor’s planning team to ensure the programme is fully logic-linked, contract-compliant (FIDIC), and aligned with realistic construction methodology, procurement lead times, and site constraints.

Key aspects of the role include:

Reviewing and challenging the contractor’s existing P6 programme (logic, sequencing, durations, missing scope)
Leading planning workshops and collaboratively developing a revised, contract-compliant baseline
Conducting critical path and near-critical path analysis (CPM)
Validating milestones, assumptions, and planning narratives
Producing an independent baseline validation report and executive summary for approval
Supporting the setup of baseline comparison and progress monitoring frameworks
