Senior Product Designer

Our client is seeking a hands on, driven Senior Product Designer who will be responsible for crafting intuitive, visually compelling, and engaging user experiences for enterprise software, consumer applications, and gaming products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design best-in-class interfaces that enhance user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct benchmarking by researching and analyzing gaming trends and competitor products to inform design decisions and ensure products remain competitive.
• Create wireframes for complete application experiences, outlining user flows, interface structures, and interactions.
• Develop initial concept designs for application interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered.
• Design new screens across mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms using Figma.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers to ensure designs are implemented with a high degree of quality.
• Test and validate designs after implementation.
• Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with business goals and user needs.
• Deliver high-quality work according to project schedules in an Agile development environment.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, is a plus.
• Strong visual design skills with the ability to create engaging, user-focused experiences.
• Knowledge of current UX best practices, user-centered design principles, and modern design processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating polished, pixel perfect designs.
• Understanding of game mechanics and user interaction; experience designing gaming products is a plus.
• Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience designing consumer applications and mobile products, with end-to-end product design experience from wireframing through shipped products.
• Experience designing enterprise software is a plus.
• Proven experience collaborating with software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
• Experience designing products for sports enthusiasts ranging from recreational players to professionals is preferred.
• Foundational understanding of HTML and CSS is preferred.
