Senior Product Manager | Hybrid, London |

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join a small, fast-moving team building an agentic AI platform for the built environment. The platform turns messy, document-heavy project data into evidenced, auditable findings, with every finding cited back to its source. It’s already used by major UK infrastructure programmes and by organisations in insurance and financial services.

The company is entering a critical growth phase. This role is about making sure every client deployment strengthens the core product, so the business scales as a platform rather than as a bespoke services firm.

About the role

This is a hands-on product role. We’re specifically looking for someone who understands how AI and retrieval systems work under the hood, not someone who manages them from a distance. You’ll work closely with the CEO and engineering every day, so sound judgement, clear specs and the confidence to say no matter more here than process.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning the roadmap: turning strategy, client feedback and engineering constraints into a clear, prioritised plan
  • Deciding what gets built as core platform capability, what’s delivered through configuration with partners, and what isn’t built at all
  • Writing specs in Linear that engineering can build from directly
  • Building a repeatable demo engine: sector templates, synthetic datasets and role-based views
  • Owning the entity model as a core product capability
  • Explaining to senior clients how the platform reaches its findings and why they can be trusted

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS or enterprise product management, ideally taking complex platforms from proof of concept to enterprise rollout
  • Hands-on understanding of retrieval, embeddings, vector search, chunking, context windows, and where models fail
  • Experience evaluating AI output, including building ground truth and spotting a model that’s confidently wrong
  • Heavy everyday use of AI to speed up your own product, research and design work
  • Strong at reading a brief, finding the real need and coming back with a focused proposal
  • Thrives in a lean scale-up where priorities shift week to week, and owns their work without being chased

Nice to have

  • Experience in construction, infrastructure or compliance
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory frameworks

Why join

  • Real ownership of how a category-defining product takes shape
  • Hard, interesting problems where trust is the product
  • Work alongside the CEO and engineering daily, with your impact visible from day one
  • Joining at a critical growth phase, with clients already in place

If you want to build an AI product that serious organisations rely on, and you can explain exactly how it works, we’d love to hear from you
