As part of this growth, we are seeking a Sales Engineer to support our mid-market and enterprise customers across the Latin American (LATAM) region. In this role, you will work closely with Account Executives to provide technical expertise, run compelling product demonstrations, and support complex sales cycles that often span large, strategic accounts. Success in this role requires a balance of strong technical depth and commercial awareness, along with the ability to clearly communicate value in both English and Spanish.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a key technical partner throughout the sales cycle, helping prospects understand how the platform addresses their specific challenges.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to each customer’s technical environment and business goals.
- Lead and manage technical Proofs of Concept (POCs), ensuring prospects experience the full value of the solution.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to shape account strategy and support deal execution with technical insight.
- Share feedback from the field with Product and Engineering teams, contributing to roadmap and feature discussions.
- Stay current on product updates, industry trends, and evolving customer needs.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to prospective customers during evaluations and decision-making processes.
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll collaborate daily with Account Executives, strengthening their commercial efforts with technical credibility. You’ll also work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams, contributing insights from customer conversations and supporting broader go-to-market initiatives.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role
- (experience in technology consulting or adjacent roles will also be considered).
- Fluent Spanish required; Portuguese proficiency is a strong plus.
- Proven experience delivering technical sales calls and product demonstrations to customers in the LATAM region.
- Hands-on experience with developer tools, CI/CD systems,Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure.
- Background in DevOps, platform engineering, or professional software development is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, relatable way.
- A commercial mindset with a genuine interest in how technology solves real business problems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate and address technical objections.
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% within the LATAM region.
