Salt has partnered with one of Australia’s largest digital sports betting operators, offering online and mobile betting on a wide range of sporting events, racing, and novelty markets to millions of Australians.

We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Specialist Systems Administrator to join the Workplace Technology team, supporting all technology services used by corporate staff. The role covers a broad range of responsibilities including end-user computing, security, applications, and remote access.

Key Focuses of the Role:

• Linux and Windows Server environments, desktop SOE strategy (Windows, Mac, Linux), patching, and version control.
• Active Directory design, Azure AD & Okta, identity governance (SailPoint, Saviynt), and privileged access tools (Delinea, Thycotic).
• Office 365 services, AWS (workspaces, networking, security), MDM design and strategy.
• PowerShell scripting to support automation and operational efficiency.
• Network and security fundamentals, unified communications, and contact centre telephony.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Ability to implement, integrate, and troubleshoot APIs across platforms.
• End-to-end understanding of IAM, including IGA tools like SailPoint and Saviynt.
• Experience with cyber access management tools such as CyberArk and Thycotic.
• Strong experience working in large-scale public cloud environments.
• Hands-on expertise with server and desktop technologies, including SCCM, GPO, JAMF, and Intune.
• Proficiency in scripting and database querying (e.g. PowerShell, SQL).
• Proven ability to solve complex technical issues and think strategically with forward planning.
• 7+ years’ experience with a solid understanding of ITIL and customer service principles.
