Senior UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Senior UX & UI Manager to own the end-to-end design of our website portfolio and lead the overarching user journey connecting our sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio & Ecosystem Design: Lead the design lifecycle-from research and wireframing to visual polish and engineering handoff.

• Connected User Journeys: Own the overarching “parent journey” to ensure consistency and smooth navigation across all web properties.

• UI Excellence: Build scalable design systems and set high standards for typography, layout, interaction design, and WCAG accessibility.

• Data-Driven Iteration: Use analytics, heatmaps, and user testing to continually refine user flows and optimize performance.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to turn strategic goals into intuitive web experiences.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record designing multi-site web ecosystems with a portfolio of shipped work.

• High proficiency in Figma, design systems, responsive web design, and accessibility standards.

• A self-directed, proactive mindset comfortable taking initiative in ambiguity.

• Experience leveraging user research and analytics to justify design decisions.

• Native English fluency.
