Senior Video Producer

We’re supporting a premium in-house video team delivering world-class content for a global streaming and technology platform.

They’re looking for a Senior Video Producer to lead complex, multi-market productions from concept through to launch. This role requires strong production rigour, commercial oversight and creative partnership.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing end-to-end production workflows across trailer, promo, VFX and title projects
• Partnering with creatives, editors and designers to deliver high-impact campaigns
• Overseeing post-production including edit, grade, sound and VFX
• Managing budgets and cost parameters across projects
• Selecting and managing vendors, studios and freelance talent
• Coordinating workstreams across UK, US and APAC time zones
• Implementing efficient schedules and production processes

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years’ production experience (agency, post-house, studio or streaming)
• Strong background in footage-driven campaigns and post-heavy environments
• Proven budget management capability
• Experience working across global, cross-functional teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Calm under pressure, highly organised and detail-driven
