ServiceNow Developer/Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior ServiceNow Consultant. This role is ideal for someone who is self-driven, eager to learn, and comfortable taking ownership in a startup environment where structure is evolving and initiative is valued.

You will work closely with senior consultants and clients, gaining hands-on experience while contributing meaningfully to real customer projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow solutions
Gather and understand business requirements with guidance from senior team members
Configure forms, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and basic scripts
Assist with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and CMDB
Perform testing, documentation, and user support
Participate in client workshops and internal solution discussions
Continuously upskill and stay current with ServiceNow best practices
Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them independently
