ServiceNow Developer/Consultant
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Junior ServiceNow Consultant. This role is ideal for someone who is self-driven, eager to learn, and comfortable taking ownership in a startup environment where structure is evolving and initiative is valued.
You will work closely with senior consultants and clients, gaining hands-on experience while contributing meaningfully to real customer projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow solutions
- Gather and understand business requirements with guidance from senior team members
- Configure forms, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and basic scripts
- Assist with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and CMDB
- Perform testing, documentation, and user support
- Participate in client workshops and internal solution discussions
- Continuously upskill and stay current with ServiceNow best practices
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them independently
