ServiceNow GRC Consultant

A leading ServiceNow Elite Partner is currently going through a period of great growth where they are now looking for ServiceNow Senior Consultants & Architect with GRC & IRM expertise!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and enhance ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions.
• Conduct business analysis to define governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
• Develop and customize GRC workflows, policies, and dashboards.
• Integrate GRC with other ServiceNow modules and third-party tools.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and industry compliance standards.
• Lead stakeholder engagements and training sessions.
• Provide best practice recommendations and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM consulting and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management.
• Hands-on expertise in JavaScript, REST APIs, and integration methodologies.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – GRC/IRM preferred.
• Experience in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or government is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and client-facing skills.
