🚀 Hiring: Senior Conceptual Designer (Hybrid – Sandton/Morningside)

We’re looking for a high-level Conceptual Designer who lives for ideas, trends, beauty, cosmetics, and experiential retail. If you can turn a blank canvas into a scroll-stopping centre-court, pop-up, or retail moment – this role is for you.

This is concept-first, trend-driven, pitch-winning design. Not a standard studio job.

💡 What You’ll Do

• Create fresh, on-trend concepts for centre courts, expos, pop-ups, launches and retail spaces.

• Build moodboards, storyboards, consumer journeys and quick 3D sketches.

• Turn global beauty and lifestyle trends into premium physical experiences.

• Support pitches with smart, innovative ideas that help win clients.

• Collaborate with designers and ensure final execution matches your concept vision.

🎨 Who You Are

• 5+ years in conceptual, experiential or retail environment design.

• Strong at mapping consumer journeys.

• Trend-obsessed (beauty, cosmetics, lifestyle, retail).

• Able to sketch, storyboard or 3D-block ideas quickly.

• Energetic, innovative and detail-focused.

🛠️ Tools

• Adobe Suite

• SketchUp, Blender, Cinema4D or similar

• Hand sketching a plus

📈 What Success Looks Like

• 90 Days: 5 pitch-ready concepts, elevated creative direction, stronger pitch storytelling.

• 6 Months: Winning pitches, trend-setting influence, leading big concept work.

• 12 Months: Consistent revenue-driving concepts and a strong concept-to-production flow.
