A leading and holistic branding and communications agency based in Kloof, Durban, is looking for an experienced Creative Director to join its close-knit team of designers, writers and strategists. You’ll work across exciting brands , including national retail clients ,helping shape meaningful, strategic and standout creative work.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead, inspire and mentor a team of designers and writers.
• Set the creative direction and oversee projects from concept through to final delivery.
• Drive creative excellence and ensure work aligns with client strategy and objectives.
• Present creative concepts and strategies to clients and build strong client relationships.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines and resources while maintaining a high standard of work.
• Collaborate closely with account managers and other departments.
• Provide art direction on shoots when required.

What we’re looking for:

Someone with 10-15+ years of experience who is a natural creative leader, strategic thinker and confident communicator. You’ll need strong people-management, presentation and project-management skills, a sharp eye for creative trends and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Retail, digital marketing, graphic design and shoot experience will be a bonus.
