Software Engineer

We are looking for a Software Engineer II with strong Java development experience to join a team building innovative Generative AI applications. You’ll work on production-grade, LLM-powered solutions, collaborating closely with Machine Learning engineers to deliver AI-driven products and services.

Key Requirements

• Strong software engineering experience with Java (Python is a plus).
• Experience building or integrating LLM-powered, Generative AI, or Machine Learning applications is highly desirable.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.
• Experience writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Knowledge of software design principles, system architecture, and production support.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and improve system reliability.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and ML teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications and services.
• Build and productionize Generative AI use cases such as AI-powered search, intelligent customer support, and other LLM-based solutions.
• Collaborate with Machine Learning engineers to integrate AI models into production systems.
• Ensure code quality through testing, refactoring, and adherence to engineering best practices.
• Monitor application performance, resolve production issues, and drive continuous improvements.
• Contribute to technical design discussions and support the evolution of system architecture.
